Assessment and quiz responses: Information you provide when completing assessments, quizzes, or surveys on our Website or through our programs. This may include information about your health, wellbeing, professional experiences, and trauma history.
Community contributions: Posts, comments, messages, testimonials, and other content you share in our community platforms, group calls, or forums.

Riverside.fm (audio and video recording for podcast and educational content). Descript (audio and video editing). Canva (graphic design).
We may add, remove, or change service providers as needed to operate our business. Material changes will be reflected in updates to this Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of others.

Our Programs involve topics related to trauma, nervous system health, and personal healing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at [email protected]. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your enrollment or access to Programs.
We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
